The Psychology that we all should build about Money
Recently I concluded one more book — The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel. I also had a detailed discussion of the book with one of my friends Saurabha Pandey. We discussed in length and captured our discussion on our Youtube channel — The Silent Readers.
I am sharing the snippet of that discussion from my end and some insights from the book which I really liked.
- How & why did I pick this book?
One of my friends recommended this book last month when we were riding (cycling) together. That time I was reading Atomic Habits by James Clear, so I stacked this book at the top of my list to read next.
Though I have a long list of books that I plan to read this year but I picked this one because of two reasons -
a) My recent developed interest in psychology (Maybe because I do have a few psychology subjects in my ongoing MBA, and I find them intriguing).
b) This book is about ‘Money,’ and I am sure everyone likes money, but not everyone is good at managing it, including me :)
2. One thing that I liked the most in the book?
The best part of the book is it has some real-life examples that the author mentioned in each chapter. He divided the book into small chapters, and each chapter…
