Before I go any further, let me confess that what Brian Tracy has written in this book ‘Eat that Frog!’ is not something we all don’t know. We know most of it, but these books help bring back our focus and help implement and galvanize our actions.

It is neither necessary that we implement all the points written in the book nor essentially all the points may work for us. Better, we should choose what works for us and pick the actions we think we can quickly implement and take one step at a time to act and…
